Since 2009, On Cloud Wine Winery has been bringing people together over a shared love of wine, good conversation, and Southern hospitality. What started as a simple dream by owner Debbie Keckler has grown into one of Shreveport’s most beloved wineries, known for its warm atmosphere, handcrafted wines, and friendly, knowledgeable staff.
We’re more than a wine bar. We’re a place where locals gather, newcomers are welcomed like old friends, and every pour tells a story.
From Humble Beginnings to 17+ Signature Wines
When On Cloud Wine Winery first opened its doors, we offered just five wines. Today, our collection has grown to over 17 distinctive varieties, including bold reds, crisp whites, and sweet wines that cater to all palates. Each bottle is crafted in-house using varietal juices sourced from world-renowned vineyards, allowing us to offer global flavor with a local twist.
We believe great wine doesn’t need to be pretentious. It just needs to be made with care—and shared with good people.
Meet the Woman Behind the Winery: Debbie Keckler
Owner and founder Debbie Keckler launched On Cloud Wine out of a simple but powerful idea: to create a welcoming space where people could relax, sip, and enjoy themselves—no wine expertise required. As a wine lover herself, Debbie saw a gap in the local community for a tasting experience that was approachable and fun.
Debbie’s commitment to quality and hospitality has been the heart of the business since day one. Under her leadership, On Cloud Wine has grown organically through word of mouth, glowing reviews, and returning guests who feel like part of the family.
Her philosophy is simple: “We’re here to make sure you’re sippin’ wine and havin’ a good time.”

WOW! What an experience! I’ve been hearing about this hidden gem for awhile and decided to check it out while I was in town for the holidays. It did not disappoint. I visited on Friday and was greeted by Seth and Jessica who took great care of me! I did the tasting bar and after decided to have a full pour outside on the patio over looking the water; beautiful view by the way! If you’re looking for in house made wine in the area, look no further! This winery has flavors for all taste buds. I cannot wait to come back next week to purchase a bottle or two lol.

Great place. Good variety of wine; white, red dry, semi sweet and sweet.
Recommend you do a wine tasting and decide your favorite.
And you can get a wine slushy, a bit sweet but awesome.

Not sure but I think they use less sulfides to stop the fermentation which counts for a better feeling later!

The atmosphere is almost as great as the wine…almost, because the wine is AMAZING! The whole experience is simply wonderful. You are welcomed as soon as you walk through the door and you can begin feeling relaxed almost immediately. Very helpful & attentive staff. Unique gifts in the shop. Delightful variety of cheese/crackers/meats, etc. Absolutely a MUST STOP if traveling through or a date!! Love Love!
